At the heart of Pup-Eez Pet Welfare Initiative's mission is the pursuit of legislation to benefit pets and promote their safe-keeping. If you are aware of any dog(s) in a cruel or dangerous situation, and you are unable to obtain assistance from any governing agencies or authorities, please call us at (954) 551-9045.
Since 2005, the very special rescues
at Pup-Eez have been placed into
very special homes in our local area, carefully considered to match the needs and personality of each pet.
A printable adoption application is available on this page. Our goal is for everyone involved to be happy, especially these precious, well-deserving pets.
Adoption fees are from $100 to $300, depending on age, pedigree, expenses incurred, etc. All monies received go toward the veterinary and re-homing expenses of the pets. Additional monetary remittances to support our efforts are greatly appreciated, however, Pup-Eez is not a 501(c)3 designated charity and we do not actively solicit donations.

Thank you for opening your heart and home... you'll be so glad you did!
Rescue and adoption questions are accepted by email only, please, to email@example.com.
We know our application is somewhat lengthy, but it is easy to fill out, and the information requested is important in determining if a particular pet is the "right fit" for your home. Remember, most homeless pets would not be homeless if they had been matched properly the first time. We want to make sure these very special pets are never homeless again. Thank you for your patience. It will be well worth the effort!
NOTE: Due to the volume of applications, we may not be able to acknowledge or respond to every one we receive; however, please be assured that every application is very carefully considered. If we cannot match you to the pet you requested, we will suggest another one, or save your application and contact you as new pets that are good matches for you become available for adoption. APPLICANTS MUST BE AGE 25 OR OLDER TO BE CONSIDERED.
